I'm Zenish Borad

Backend & Blockchain Engineer

I build trading and on-chain systems whose results anyone can check for themselves. Every project below is deployed and live.

About Me

I'm a backend and blockchain engineer doing an MS in Information Systems at Northeastern University. I like systems you don't have to take on trust: my recent work records a trading bot's decisions on Ethereum so anyone can verify them, and turns plain-English questions into SQL over Bitcoin data from my own full node. Before that I was a backend intern at Sigzen Technologies, building data pipelines and dashboards.

ChainProof

A trading bot whose every decision is recorded on Ethereum, so anyone can verify it without trusting me.

  • 30 decisions hashed (keccak256), signed (ECDSA) and stored on Sepolia; the dashboard re-verifies all 30 in your browser
  • Registered as an ERC-8004 agent, with a Validation Registry I wrote because the official deployments have none
  • 33 tests in CI, including Foundry fuzz tests against forked Sepolia

Paper-Trading Bot

ChainProof's strategy trading BTC, ETH and SOL live on Coinbase prices with $10,000 of pretend money.

  • Four indicators vote on each trade, with stop-loss, take-profit and fees
  • Live prices, candlestick charts with indicators and a log of every decision
  • Interactive backtest compared against buy-and-hold

Bitcoin Text-to-SQL

Ask questions about real Bitcoin blocks in plain English and get the answer as SQL and data.

  • Blocks synced from my own Bitcoin Core node into a normalized SQLite database
  • Gemini writes the SQL: 9 of 12 correct on my benchmark, run read-only with time and row limits
  • Includes a block and transaction explorer

SimpleAMM

A Uniswap v2-style token exchange written from scratch in Solidity, with a web interface.

  • 0.30% swap fee and ERC-20 LP tokens, with 100% line and branch test coverage
  • The interface reads the pool without a wallet and previews trades on the x·y=k curve

Experience

Backend Engineer Intern

Sigzen Technologies

Jan 2024 - Aug 2024
  • Merged inventory and sales data from three business systems into one dataset with Python (pandas), replacing a manual spreadsheet process
  • Containerized the pipeline with Docker so it ran the same in development and production
  • Built SQL dashboards that gave product and finance teams direct access to trend data
